Office Building (Small)

This facility is located in Rosebank, is approximately 10 years old and was constructed with a mixture of energy efficient energy inefficient lighting throughout the office areas. The office area is approximately 4,000 sq-m with approximately 1,000 sp-m of underground carparks. During the evening the facility is empty barring a skeleton team of security staff and a handful of office staff working over-time.

A complete audit of all floors was conducted and an Electro Sense Proactive Energy Management System™ was designed to control the lights. The system and the savings to be realized are shown below.
